Did you mean:

Incorrect hours of sleep.

ANSWERED

My hours slept is always one hour different from my actual hours asleep ie my fitbit will tell me that I have been asleep from say 12am to 7am which will be correct (7hrs) but where it says the total hours slept it will say 6hrs. Always one hour different. Any idea why?

It is common to have some awake time during the night even if you don't remember it.  Are you getting sleep stages or at least any kind of graph showing awake periods between 12 and 7?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you! I checked back through several days and you are correct. My sleep duration is the amount of time that my sleep timeline (graph with sleep stages) records, minus the amount of 'awake' time. Much appreciated.
